The Rio café was a fitout located on the Dee Why Beachfront, with the theme of the restaurant focusing on an open grill Brazilian BBQ cooking style.
This fitout was completed within a six week program, where we utilised the existing kitchen and front servery setup and included the upgrade and detailing of the bar area.
